Function calculateRollupByPeriod

calculateRollupByPeriod(
bets: readonly BetRecord[],
period: RollupPeriod,
): PeriodRollup[]
Buckets bets by settledAt (falling back to placedAt) in UTC and computes a full calculateBetRollup per bucket. Buckets are sorted ascending by period start. Week buckets start on Monday (UTC).
